When the bible tells us that the kingdom of heaven is here and now and that it is within us, it is pointing us in the direction of a power residing within us, a power that we can become conscious of when we are truly present in the here and now.
Despite this strong message to search within we find ourselves continually pursuing temporary solutions in the world around us.
Solutions to life’s misery, pain, suffering, grief and unhappiness will always be out of our reach, always evading us until we realise that peace and harmony is borne of that which is planted and nurtured within us.
I must have reached an all time low before I realised that it was futile looking for answers in things around me. I had to take the plunge and search within.
